We encourage our patients to ask any questions concerning dental care. If you call and front office staff cannot answer your question, Dr. Victor Gut will return your call at the earliest opportunity.

  • Phyllis, Registered Dental Assistant, has more than 20 years in the dental profession, keeps her X-Ray technician license and expanded duty certificates up to date. She had been a long time patient in our office before we managed to get her on board and to start assisting Dr. Gut in April of 2011. Phyllis has an outstanding and warm personality. Everyone likes to have a small chat with her, share what is going on in their lives and all patients feel very comfortable in her presence.
  • Kelly, Patient Care Coordinator, joined the team in 2019. She has plenty of experience as dental office receptionist and dental assistant. She is a magician with setting up the schedule that makes patients happy by shortening the waiting list as fast as possible. Kelly loves to watch her boy’s football practices, spoils her dogs, addicted to graham chocolate fudge cookies and enjoys spending summer weekends by the pool.
  • Juliana, the youngest new addition to our team, is training to become Scheduling and Recall Coordinator. She just got married and moved to our area from Massachusetts. She loves working with people, helping them and creating warm welcoming environment, we believe she will be a great asset to the practice. She has a great passion for music, likes sandy beaches and watching cooking shows.
  • Linda, had a role as Treatment Plan Coordinator for many years. She started to work in the office in 2010, has a wonderful outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Any questions regarding your insurance or payment – she can explain you everything and settle matters to the mutual satisfaction. Linda enjoys reading, spending time with her family and eating out. This year she decided slow down and be in the office only 2 days per week helping wherever she is needed. We really miss having her around at all times.
